IndusInd Bank’s treasury head Siddharth Banerjee is set to leave in April, according to three sources, adding to a wave of leadership changes following the bank’s record $230 million quarterly loss in March 2025 tied to governance and accounting issues.
The departure comes after the exits of former CEO Sumant Kathpalia, Deputy CEO Arun Khurana, and Chairman Sunil Mehta.
While Banerjee confirmed he remains employed, the bank has not publicly addressed his exit or named a replacement.
IndusInd has appointed new CFO and HR chief, with CEO Rajiv Anand confirming ongoing hiring as part of restructuring.
