Embassy Office Parks REIT raised ₹1,400 crore through a 10-year non-convertible debenture (NCD) at a 7.49% fixed coupon rate, fully subscribed by a major Indian life insurance company. This second 10-year issuance in FY25-26 brings its total long-term NCD proceeds to ₹3,400 crore, extending its debt maturity profile. The NCDs carry top AAA/Stable ratings from CRISIL and CARE. The move supports the REIT’s strategy to secure long-term capital at favorable rates amid shifting market conditions.
