Bruce Hornsby has released “Ecstatic,” the second single from his upcoming album, featuring backing vocals by Bonnie Raitt, marking another collaboration with the singer following their 1991 hit “I Can’t Make You Love Me.” Inspired by chants heard while watching his son Keith Hornsby play basketball, the track is tied to LSU, where Keith played and now serves as a graduate assistant.
