A Virginia woman was arrested after allegedly fleeing a crash, ramming another car, and stabbing the driver.

A 28-year-old Virginia woman, Alexis Spencer, was arrested in Fredericksburg on February 27, 2026, after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash, ramming another vehicle multiple times, and stabbing the driver in the hand with a knife. Police responded to Emancipation Highway around 5:00 p.m., found Spencer at the scene, and arrested her without bond. The victim sustained minor, non-life-threatening injuries and was treated on-site. Spencer faces four charges: malicious wounding, felony hit-and-run, assault, and aggressive driving. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 12.
