Oxa Autonomy raised $103M to expand its AI-driven automation in ports and warehouses across Europe and the Middle East.
Oxa Autonomy, a UK-based autonomous driving company, raised $103 million in a Series D round led by the UK’s National Wealth Fund, with major contributions from Nvidia’s venture arm, IP Group, Hostplus, and BP Ventures.
The funding will accelerate deployment of Oxa’s industrial mobility automation platform, which uses a modular “universal AI driver” system to automate repetitive tasks in controlled environments like ports and warehouses.
The company, formerly Oxbotica, has already secured clients including DHL, BP, and Vantec.
The investment supports expansion in Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on improving efficiency, safety, and labor productivity without requiring fleet overhauls.
Total funding now exceeds $250 million, and the second close of the round is expected in early 2026.
