Crexendo reported strong 2025 results with $68.2 million in revenue, a 12% organic increase, and $5.1 million in net income, marking its 10th straight GAAP profitable quarter. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 11% to $18.1 million, and non-GAAP income reached $11.4 million. The company surpassed 7 million end-users, achieved 29 consecutive quarters of non-GAAP profitability, and ended the year with $31.4 million in cash. Software revenue grew 27% annually, while product revenue declined. Crexendo announced a $35 million acquisition of Estech Systems, expected to close March 1, 2026, to expand its UCaaS platform and drive synergies. Remaining performance obligations reached $89.1 million, and non-GAAP free cash flow was $9.3 million.
