ClearVue Tech gets $3M in non-dilutive funding to advance its transparent solar glass for buildings.
ClearVue Technologies, an Australian company developing solar-integrated building materials, has secured up to $3 million in non-dilutive funding from London-based RiverFort Global Opportunities.
The financing, tied to ClearVue’s 2026 R&D tax credits, includes an initial $1 million advance and up to $2 million more based on milestones.
The funds will support certification and commercialization of its transparent solar glass, which uses nano- and microparticles to convert UV and infrared light into electricity.
The technology aims to turn building exteriors into energy generators.
CEO Douglas Hunt said the deal avoids shareholder dilution, while RiverFort cited rising global demand for decarbonization-focused construction solutions.
