Viva's 3 Veg Farm, now run by disability services provider Vivability, made its debut at the Bathurst Farmers' Market on February 28, selling produce grown by two employees with disabilities.
The rebranded farm, formerly 3 Veg Farm, aims to create employment opportunities and is also available through subscription boxes and the Bathurst Whole Food Co-Operative.
Market feedback was positive, with strong interest in future subscriptions despite lower-than-expected kale sales.
The farm plans to return on March 28.
