A 2013 Toyota Highlander struck a stopped 2020 Honda Accord, sending both vehicles south before the Toyota’s driver fled on foot eastbound on Forest Hill, last seen wearing a pink shirt and white pants.
The Honda’s driver, Amando Dinzey, 48, sustained critical injuries, and passenger Elba Torres, 49, suffered serious injuries; both were taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center.
The vehicles have been recovered, and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the suspect, urging witnesses to contact Investigator Schneider or Crime Stoppers.
