Six Sumner County residents arrested in past 10 weeks on child exploitation charges, including a registered sex offender; one man sentenced to 150–210 years for sex crimes against a child under 13.
Six people in Sumner County have been arrested over the past 10 weeks on charges related to child sexual exploitation, all held on bonds of at least $1 million.
Among them is Barry Creque, a registered sex offender with a prior conviction, charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.
Others include Nathan Hansen, extradited from California, and Thomas Davie, Kevin Preece, Eric Moore, and Aaron Fairchild, each facing various charges including aggravated exploitation and, in Fairchild’s case, sexual activity with an animal.
Sheriff Eric Craddock reaffirmed the office’s commitment to pursuing predators relentlessly.
In a separate case, Michael Joseph Dean of Transylvania County was sentenced to 150 to 210 years in prison for six counts of statutory sex offenses involving a child under 13.
