Hombre Muerto West Phase 1 nears completion, with first lithium shipments expected in H2 2026.

Hombre Muerto West Phase 1 construction is 92% complete, with testing and commissioning set to begin soon. The nanofiltration plant is being assembled on-site, supported by over 25 personnel and pre-testing in Sydney. Galan Lithium has built a large brine inventory, enabling a quick shift to processing. First processed brine is expected in early Q2 2026, with lithium chloride concentrate targeted for H1 2026 and the first shipment in H2 2026. The plant, designed for over 5,200 tpa lithium carbonate equivalent, could expand to 21,000 tpa and potentially 60,000 tpa. The project benefits from Argentina’s RIGI investment framework and is among the lowest-cost lithium producers globally.
