HighPoint acquires CloudView Partners to boost its cloud services and expertise.

HighPoint has acquired CloudView Partners, a cloud consulting firm, to expand its hybrid-cloud and platform engineering services. The deal strengthens HighPoint’s expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and M365, adding capabilities in cloud migration, low-code/no-code tools, and hyper-automation. Sanjay Maljure, CloudView’s founder, joins as global Vice President of Digital Solutions. Integration is underway, with unified hybrid-cloud offerings now being delivered to clients worldwide.
