Paddy McKillen jnr, a Dublin hospitality entrepreneur, is fighting a €2.1 million bankruptcy summons from Herbert Street Finance, denying liability and calling the claim invalid. The creditor alleges he guaranteed debts of Cool Dust Ltd, now Eclective Hospitality Group, but McKillen’s legal team argues the debt is overstated and unprovable. Judge Liam Kennedy has ordered affidavits and set a new hearing for April 13, 2026. The case remains unresolved.
