Digi Power X launches AI data center in Alabama, plans expansion to New York and West Virginia with $80M in cash and crypto.
Digi Power X Inc. announced the rollout of its AI infrastructure, with the first ARMS 200 data center unit launching in Alabama in late March 2026, followed by full operation and GPU-as-a-Service revenue by April.
Ten megawatts of capacity are expected by Q3, with five more units ready for deployment in New York by end of Q2.
The company forecasts $15 million in annual revenue per megawatt deployed and holds $80 million in cash and crypto to support $33.1 million in 2026 infrastructure spending.
It remains self-funded and has joined grid curtailment programs.
In January, it began exploring a partnership with Omnis Pleasants LLC for a 1.3-gigawatt power plant in West Virginia to support AI computing.
