Crexendo, Inc. has completed its $35 million acquisition of Estech Systems, LLC, a Texas-based cloud communications provider, paying $27.3 million in cash and $7.7 million in stock. The deal, valued at 1.35x ESI’s 2025 revenue of $26 million, is expected to be immediately accretive to revenue and EBITDA, helping Crexendo reach a $100 million annual run-rate revenue. ESI, founded in 1987, serves over 6,200 retail accounts and 75,000 user seats. The acquisition enables cost synergies through infrastructure consolidation, licensing optimization, and migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, while opening cross-selling and platform integration opportunities. Crexendo’s leadership cited ESI’s engineering talent, customer base, and strategic fit as key benefits, reinforcing its growth strategy in AI-driven cloud communications.
