Two women convicted of stalking and harassing an ICE agent, livestreaming the pursuit and hurling racial slurs, face up to five years in prison.
A federal jury in Los Angeles convicted Cynthia Raygoza, 38, and Ashleigh Brown, 38, of stalking an ICE agent after they followed him from a downtown Los Angeles federal building to his home in Baldwin Park on August 28, 2025.
They livestreamed the pursuit on Instagram, shouted racial slurs at the agent’s family, and incited public attention to his residence.
Both were found guilty of one count of stalking and acquitted of conspiring to publish protected personal information; a third defendant was also acquitted.
They each face up to five years in prison at a sentencing hearing on June 8, 2026.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office stated that while peaceful protest is protected, unlawful intimidation is not.
