Harmony Garden & Estate Development Ltd is transforming its operations in Nigeria’s Lekki-Ibeju corridor, shifting from personality-driven development to system-led delivery under Executive Director Kabiru Mosadoluwa Audullahi. The company is advancing key projects like Lekki Aviation Town, Granville Estate, The Parliament Estate, and Majestic Bay Estate with greater accountability, documented processes, and monitored payments. A central element is the Ibile Traditional Mortgage System, a culturally adapted financing model enabling phased homeownership payments to improve access. The company, with over 1,300 hectares of land, aims to deliver 10,000 homes in five years, targeting affordability and transparency.
