Passengers, including 37 from Karnataka, reported inadequate food, minimal communication, and frustration, leading to a protest at Kempegowda International Airport.
The airline cited weather as the cause, noting similar disruptions on February 26 and 27, and said it was arranging hotel stays, rescheduling, or refunds.
A new recovery flight is planned for the following day.
