Shelby Lang Smith, a registered child sex offender, was charged in January 2026 with vandalizing Oklahoma’s Capitol and other public buildings with anti-ICE graffiti, including “KILL ICE” and threats against Governor Kevin Stitt.
Arrested on January 23, he faces 10 counts of malicious injury to property and three counts of threatening violent acts.
On February 18, he was sentenced to five years in prison for violating probation.
