Michelle Parsons is leaving her role as head coach of the Northern Comets to become the new head coach of the Fiji Pearls ahead of the 2026 National Netball League season. The New Zealander, who has led the Comets to a 2024 NNL title and developed talent from Māori and Pasifika communities, will bring her coaching philosophy—focused on culture, respect, and player connection—to Fiji. She aims to strengthen the national team’s global standing and prepare for World Cup qualifiers.
