Joshua Pourciau, 29, of Winfield, Kansas, was arrested in Clinton, Arkansas, on Tuesday during a traffic stop after a records check revealed active nationwide felony warrants for attempted first-degree murder related to a December 21 shooting in Winfield.
Authorities found a loaded handgun, drugs, and marijuana in his vehicle.
He is now in custody on multiple charges, including gun and drug offenses, and is being held in Van Buren County.
The first suspect, Rocky Leroy Brown, 31, was arrested earlier in January and pleaded no contest to aggravated battery.
