The attacks, occurring one week apart, involved repeated punches, kicks to the head, and the use of a bike seat as a weapon, leaving the victim with severe facial injuries, bleeding, and lasting psychological trauma.
The victim, who had been bullied for years, said he now lives in fear and avoids public spaces.
Miller, who has four prior convictions and ADHD, showed remorse, while the judge condemned the violence as disgraceful and harmful.
