Built on Fujitsu’s Uvance and Unified Commerce platform, the cloud-based, pay-per-use system enables sales staff to handle transactions on the sales floor, improving customer service and efficiency.
SIM-equipped tablets support mobile and off-site sales, while a unified interface reduces training and operational complexity.
H2O plans to expand with CRM and customer service tools, and Fujitsu aims to enhance retail sustainability through integrated data, AI, and digital transformation.
