Deepinder Goyal, former Zomato CEO, has raised $54 million in seed funding for his wearable tech startup Temple, which aims to monitor cerebral blood flow.
The round, valued at $190 million, was led by Peak XV and Steadview, with participation from over 80 founders and 30+ employees investing at full valuation.
Goyal contributed Rs 104 crore, or 21% of the total.
The company emerged from Goyal’s longevity research under his venture Continue, and he is now focusing on longevity and aerospace, having stepped down as CEO of Eternal.
