Bank of Baroda plans to issue up to ₹10,000 crore in seven-year green infrastructure bonds on March 4, 2026, with a base size of ₹5,000 crore and an additional ₹5,000 crore option via a green shoe mechanism.
The bonds, rated 'AAA' with a 'Stable' outlook by CARE and ICRA, will be issued via closed bidding on the NSE’s Electronic Book Building Platform from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with pay-in and allotment on March 5, 2026.
They will offer annual interest and be allocated at a uniform yield, with a minimum investment of ₹1 lakh in multiples of ₹1 lakh.
Proceeds will fund sustainable infrastructure projects.
