The testimony revealed AMCON had set up multiple Arik Air accounts and appointed an account officer, but the receiver manager failed in his duties.
The court also heard the receiver manager petitioned the Attorney-General to halt the probe, citing harassment and a legal opinion from the Solicitor-General.
The case, involving Kuru and others on charges of conspiracy, theft, and abuse of office, was adjourned to February 26, 2026.
