Bouygues reported strong 2025 financial results, with operating profit rising to 2.65 billion euros and net profit reaching 1.13 billion euros despite an exceptional charge. Free cash flow hit a record 1.808 billion euros, and net financial debt dropped sharply to 4.204 billion euros. The company achieved record cash levels in its Construction division and expects stable 2026 revenue at constant exchange rates, aiming to sustain high profitability. A 5% dividend increase to 2.10 euros per share is planned.
