He is accused of omitting the convictions from his 2018 GMC application and a 2019 trust declaration, and falsely claiming employment in Australia from 2007 to 2017. A virtual hearing began in December 2025 and was adjourned part-heard, with no decision yet made on whether his fitness to practise is impaired.
