Sable Resources found a new copper-rich zone in Argentina with high-grade samples, expanding its Zorro Project.
Sable Resources has discovered a new copper-mineralized zone, Zorro North, at its Zorro Project in Argentina, with chip samples reaching 1.36% copper, along with silver and gold.
The zone, spanning at least 700 by 550 meters, is hosted in Permian granite and remains open in multiple directions.
Of 19 samples, 13 exceeded 0.1% copper, with mineralization linked to a larger granitic cupola system.
The company is expanding sampling and mapping to define the zone’s extent, emphasizing the project’s strong infrastructure and year-round access.
Previous targets in the area showed higher grades, including up to 4.38% copper.
Samples were processed in Argentina and analyzed in Peru using standard methods.
