Critica Limited has begun a major aircore drilling campaign at its Jupiter rare earths project in Western Australia, drilling 143 holes over 7,000 to 10,000 meters to upgrade the inferred resource to indicated status. The effort supports the upcoming scoping study, expected in early 2026, with regional drilling planned at Juno and Aurora to explore clay-hosted rare earth mineralisation. The project, holding 1.8 billion tonnes at 1,700 ppm total rare earths, is backed by Western Australia’s Exploration Incentive Scheme offering up to 50% cost reimbursement. Parallel metallurgical studies aim to improve recovery and process efficiency. A pre-feasibility study is expected by late 2027.
