Telangana plans ₹9.08 crore upgrades to security and infrastructure at Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s temporary office campus in Hyderabad.

The Telangana government has issued a tender for a ₹9.08 crore project to upgrade security and infrastructure at the Dr MCR HRD Institute campus in Hyderabad, where Chief Minister Revanth Reddy uses the site as a temporary office. Upgrades include a reinforced compound wall with concertina wire, security watchtowers, gates, improved access roads, and furniture. The institute, established in 1976, trains government officials. The project is part of a larger ₹20,000 crore investment for Hyderabad’s development over two years, including the merger of 27 urban local bodies into the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation to enable unified civic services and integrated planning.
