Lily Collins to star as Audrey Hepburn in Netflix’s biopic on *Breakfast at Tiffany’s* production.

Lily Collins has been cast to portray Audrey Hepburn in an upcoming Netflix biopic about the making of the 1961 film *Breakfast at Tiffany’s*, based on Sam Wasson’s book *Fifth Avenue, 5 A.M.* The film, not a remake, will explore the behind-the-scenes production, including Truman Capote’s initial preference for Marilyn Monroe, director Blake Edwards’ multiple endings, and Hepburn’s personal challenges. Collins, who will also produce, expressed deep admiration for Hepburn. The project, developed over nearly a decade, is being produced by Case Study Films and Imagine Entertainment, with Alena Smith writing the screenplay. No director or release date has been announced.
