Denza, BYD’s premium brand, has launched its B5 and B8 plug-in hybrid SUVs in Australia, starting at $81,000 and $97,000 drive-away, respectively, targeting rivals like Toyota Prado and Lexus GX. The B5, a five-seater with a 1.5L turbo engine and dual electric motors, delivers 400kW, 0-100km/h in 4.8 seconds, and 90km of electric range, featuring mechanical locking diffs, adaptive suspension, and premium interior tech.
