CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions, preparing for a Rs 3,100-crore IPO, plans to invest Rs 1,200 crore in a 200 MW solar power park in Andhra Pradesh’s Sri Sathya Sai district, on 1,200 acres of private land.
The project, developed by its subsidiary Yashaswa Power LLP, will generate 445 million units of clean electricity annually, create around 690 jobs, and connect to the Hindupur substation for stable power evacuation.
The IPO, open February 23–25, includes a fresh issue of Rs 1,200 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 1,900 crore, with anchor investors including Temasek Holdings and SBI Life Insurance.
The Andhra Pradesh government says the project supports its clean energy goals and strengthens private investment in renewables.
