Alabama high school seniors can apply to over 50 colleges and universities across the state and neighboring regions for free from February 23 to 27, 2026, during the Spring College Application Campaign. The fee waiver includes all Alabama Community College System schools, four-year universities, private colleges, and institutions in Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Florida. The initiative, following a fall 2025 campaign that saw over 28,000 applications, aims to boost college access. Students must use a specific code to activate waivers at some schools. Organizers encourage unapplied seniors to participate, with support from school counselors and Dr. Monica P. Mack of the Alabama Department of Education.
