An 18-year-old Israeli from Hadera has been indicted on multiple charges including rioting, arson, aggravated assault, and malicious damage in connection with a racially motivated riot in the Arab village of Jaba following the evacuation of the Tzur Mashgabi outpost in November.
The indictment alleges he took part in a coordinated attack involving dozens of individuals who gathered, divided into groups, traveled in a convoy, wore veils, and received instructions to carry out revenge actions.
During the violence, participants set homes and vehicles on fire, threw stones at residences and people, hurled Molotov cocktails at a building with occupants, and sprayed racist graffiti.
A baby girl and another person were injured when stones were thrown at a vehicle.
The defendant is accused of actively engaging in the violence with awareness of its racist and dangerous nature.
The case was filed with the Jerusalem District Court on February 23, 2026.
