Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton, recovering from a torn Achilles sustained in the 2025 NBA Finals, has been diagnosed with shingles and will be sidelined for two to three weeks. Coach Rick Carlisle said Haliburton experienced unusual symptoms in Washington, D.C., prompting his return to Indiana. The viral condition, caused by reactivated chickenpox virus, is not related to his previous injury. Haliburton, who has attended most games this season, remains in good spirits and is expected to make a full recovery.
