A $600 million redevelopment will replace Hampton Beach’s 1899 Casino Ballroom with a mixed-use complex starting in 2026, including a hotel, casino, and condos.
A $600 million redevelopment of Hampton Beach’s historic Casino Ballroom in New Hampshire will begin in September 2026, replacing the 1899 venue with a mixed-use complex featuring a 208-room hotel, casino, 3,500-capacity event venue, retail space, and 99 luxury condos.
The project, led by Lupoli Companies and Fred Schaake, includes flood-resistant design and will generate $3.65 million in annual property taxes and $6.2 million to $9.9 million in charitable donations.
Construction, expected to last three years, will close the casino and ballroom starting in 2027, though the venue will remain open for the 2027 season to mark its 100th anniversary.
Developers will preserve historical elements through documentation, and the town expects long-term economic benefits.
