The service operates at 34 prepaid taxi booths across 21 locations with real-time monitoring, SOS alerts, and emergency response via a Joint Command and Control Centre.
It has partnerships with Delhi Traffic Police, MeitY’s National e-Governance Division for paperless onboarding, DMRC for last-mile connectivity at metro stations, and AAI to regulate airport operations nationwide, including at IGI Airport with discounted fees.
The initiative aims to boost driver income, safety, and service quality through digital integration and cooperative ownership.
