A series of explosions beneath a Toppers Pizza at 23710 Valencia Blvd. in Santa Clarita on Sunday afternoon prompted evacuations and a power outage. The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded at 12:06 p.m., with two additional blasts reported at 12:14 and 12:16 p.m., all linked to an electrical vault. No fire, smoke, or injuries were reported. Southern California Edison shut off power and dispatched crews. The area remains closed, and the cause is under investigation.
