A woman died in a Maine head-on crash Feb. 10 when a Jeep collided with a truck towing a snowmobile trailer; the driver and another passenger were also involved.
A 36-year-old woman, Brittaney Rogers of Raymond, died in a head-on crash on February 10 in Poland, Maine, when the Jeep Cherokee she was riding in, driven by 26-year-old Dylan Sanphy of Gorham, collided with a Chevy Silverado 2500 towing a snowmobile trailer.
Sanphy died at the scene, and a second woman in the Jeep was seriously injured.
The other driver, 52-year-old Edward Morris of Mechanic Falls, was treated and released.
The crash investigation is ongoing.
In unrelated incidents, a 66-year-old man died from burns in a house fire, and three people were arrested on drug trafficking charges.
