Two St. Cloud men, aged 41 and 32, have been charged with third-degree murder in connection with a fatal fentanyl overdose on October 1, 2025, at a Clearwater Road apartment. Police found the victim unresponsive with drug paraphernalia and fentanyl at the scene. An autopsy confirmed fentanyl toxicity. Authorities say the victim contacted the 41-year-old to obtain the drug, which was allegedly supplied by the 32-year-old. The 32-year-old is in Stearns County Jail; a warrant is active for the 41-year-old. The case is being prosecuted by Stearns County.
