Prime Minister Mwigulu Nchemba will begin a three-day visit to Tanzania’s Arusha Region on February 22, 2026, inspecting and launching development projects worth 194.2 billion Tanzanian shillings.
The tour includes infrastructure projects in water, education, health, transport, and business across Arumeru, Longido, and Arusha districts.
Key activities include laying a foundation stone for a student dormitory at NM-AIST, reviewing a major water project in Longido, assessing border post improvements in Namanga, and launching the Kilombero Market and Bondeni Bus Terminal.
Public meetings will be held to address local concerns over water access, road conditions, land disputes, and bureaucratic delays.
The visit aims to promote accountability and resolve regional challenges.
