Megan Keller scored OT goal to lead U.S. to gold in women’s hockey at 2026 Winter Olympics.
Alex DeBrincat, Detroit Red Wings forward, praised former youth teammate Megan Keller after she scored the overtime goal to help the U.S. win gold in women’s hockey at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan.
DeBrincat, who played with Keller as a child, called her one of the best players on their boys’ team and highlighted her leadership and skill.
Keller, 29, finished with nine points in the tournament and now has two Olympic golds.
The U.S. team went 7-0, outscoring opponents 33-2.
Red Wings coach Todd McLellan also recalled Keller’s strong youth presence, noting her impact and the growing strength of women’s hockey.
