Jammu and Kashmir police in Budgam have attached 1 Kanal and 16 Marlas of prime land belonging to Ghulam Nabi Najar, a suspected JKNOP member, under Section 85 of the BNSS following a UAPA case. The property, in Gamgulla Khansahib, was seized after legal procedures to disrupt terror financing and logistical networks.
