The Huawei Code4Mzansi competition has launched in South Africa, uniting 353 teams and over 1,000 developers, students, and entrepreneurs to build cloud and AI-driven solutions for real-world challenges.
Organized with the Department of Small Business Development and major universities, the initiative provides access to Huawei Cloud tools, mentorship, and scaling support.
Participants complete online training and have three months to develop projects, with the top 20 advancing to semi-finals and the top 10 presenting at a national finale.
