Gananoque’s co-op nursery school is launching a full-time child-care program in fall 2026 for toddlers and preschoolers.
The Gananoque and District Co-Operative Nursery School is expanding its services with a full-time child-care program set to launch in fall 2026, offering care for toddlers (18–30 months) and preschoolers (30 months to five years) to meet rising local demand.
Families can join a waitlist by emailing families@gns-inc.ca and participate in a needs assessment survey to help shape the program.
The school, founded in 1971, emphasizes early learning and social development.
Meanwhile, a job fair will be held on February 24 at the Lou Jeffries Arena, and on March 6, the town will host an International Women’s Day celebration featuring guest speakers and honoring women’s contributions.
Additional details on the expansion and events will be released soon.
