Arkansas State Police seized over 775 pounds of illegal drugs in a series of traffic stops across the state from January to February 2026, resulting in four arrests.
Operations occurred in Crawford, Marion, Hot Spring, and Lonoke counties, with the largest haul—600 pounds of marijuana and THC products—found in a Sprinter van in Lonoke County.
Other seizures included 115 pounds of methamphetamine, 45 pounds of marijuana, and 19 pounds of marijuana along with two firearms.
Suspects included Kemal Malicbegovic, Pedro Lorenzo Valdez, Gevonte Brown, and Jatorria Lewis, all taken into custody.
The agency said the drugs were intercepted before reaching their destinations, part of ongoing efforts to disrupt drug trafficking along major highways.
