Andhra Pradesh has signed seven MoUs at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 to boost AI and quantum computing, including plans for a Quantum AI University, a UNICC-led Center of Excellence in Amaravati, IBM’s training of 100,000 youth, IIT Madras’s AI Tutor rollout in schools, and AI Academies in 50 institutions. The state aims to become a national hub for trusted AI and quantum innovation through public-private partnerships and infrastructure investments.
