Montana’s 2026 Student Poster Contest invites K–12 students to honor law enforcement through hand-drawn art, with prizes and recognition for winners.
The Montana Attorney General’s office has launched the 2026 Student Poster Contest, inviting K–12 students to create original artwork honoring law enforcement using traditional media.
Seven district winners will each receive $250 for their class and an ice cream social, with one statewide winner earning an additional $500, a visit from the Attorney General, and a ride-along with a state trooper.
Winning art will be displayed in state justice offices.
Submissions must be hand-drawn, follow specific sizes, and include an application, biography, and release form.
The contest, now in its fifth year, aims to build youth appreciation for public service.
